Goodbye Turku - Covid-19

The 17^th March was the day where everything was over. In the morning we took all together breakfast on the floor and said goodbye to everyone. Every person was crying and sad on the same time but as well happy that we could meet each other.
It was unbelievable to go home, and I already missed these people. I was all the time in Finland a little bit home sick and now where I had to leave it was the worst thing to do. On this day four people where leaving from our floor.
Three of us went together to the airport and we met some other exchange students there. It was so strange at the airport it was empty and on the display panel was everything red and cancelled. We were scared that our flight will be cancelled as well, but everything went well.
We had some problems with the luggage, because it was too heavy, so we had to pack the stuff in another way. At the end we managed everything.

We knew in this time that Switzerland has a completely lockdown of the whole country and we were scarred if they do some illness tests, because we where both tired and not that fit of the whole situation and the whole night. At the end we arrived in Switzerland without any problems, but this airport was emptier than the one in Helsinki.
The wonderful time ended, and we missed 2.5 months of Erasmus because of Covid-19, that is absolutely not fair.

I will miss this time and every person I met; I hope I will see them again!
