Blueberry pie backing

After a hard day in the practical placement, I went directly to the Blueberry pie backing and I really looked forward for this workshop from the university. When we arrived, I saw the small kitchen and I thought how we do this now and if everyone maybe gets an own pie. But as they said we do a pie in a group of three persons, I was a little bit sad. In the end I have to say it was funny to do it in a group, because in this way we talked a little with other people and we get to know each other. I didn’t expect that we will eat it also in the workshop so I was happy when we could eat it directly and a little bit warm with the cold vanilla sauce.

The recipe was easy and in a group of three we finished the cake after ten minutes. Then it was written we must put the cake for 30 minutes in the oven. After 15min the teachers said, we should check our cake, it looks a little bit black. We nearly burned our Blueberry pie in 15 minutes of backing. I think we had a good oven, maybe a little too strong. But it was not that burn so the pie was delicious. I took a photo of the pie and I will do it again and maybe as well when I am back home in Switzerland for my family.
